I Help Leadership Teams See Where They Stand With AI, and Build From There
AI implementation for companies that want their best people on their best work
"Give AI the menial work so you can do the bigger, better, more fulfilling... the things that only you can do."

Why I Do This Work
I grew up the creative kid in a family of engineers— learning early that the best solutions combine technical precision and human judgment. That instinct led me to build and sell multiple software companies.
Along the way, I saw a pattern. Firms were buying AI tools without mapping them to real workflows. Those firms spent the money and the work stayed the same. The teams that succeeded were the ones with someone who understood both the tech and the people using it.
Today, I combine my technical background with my MA in psychology to work with engineering and construction firm leaders. We audit workflows, build a roadmap, and deploy AI systems that put your team's time back to work. More capacity, faster proposals, better project delivery. Your people keep their jobs and hand the status reports, boilerplate, and data entry to the system.
Your firm's best people should spend their week on the work they were hired for, and the tools behind them should make that easier.
Trusted by Industry Leaders
Your team's best people spend a large share of their week on administrative work. I help professional services firms get those hours back and pointed at billable work.

About Pacemark
Pacemark scores a firm across six dimensions and names what to do first. In a full engagement, we interview your people, score the firm, and agree on one test against your current approach. The model is built from published research on more than 400 named firms and organizations. Some of that evidence is thin, and we have not yet validated the assessment method directly, so treat your result as a starting point for a conversation with your team. Evidence and limitations.
