Client Results
What eight clients at engineering firms, agencies, and professional-services companies built with us, and what their teams got back.
What the Hours Become
The studies below report hours saved, and each one also names the work the team took on with those hours.
You're an expert at what you do.
But your team is spending up to 9 hours a week per person on proposals, documentation, and coordination that AI should be handling.1 At your billing rates, that adds up fast.
We build the systems that get that time back, so your company bills more, delivers faster, and grows without adding headcount.
Most of the results below landed inside the first month of a build, and the hours came back first.
How We Work
Interviews and a workflow audit first, then the build.
We start with a focused audit: interviewing your team, analyzing your workflows, and identifying where AI drives the most value for your firm.
Then we build the systems. Proposals, coordination, documentation, compliance. AI wired into the processes that matter.
We build inside the tools your team already uses and train the people who run them. You keep everything we build.

FAQs
-
How is your approach different from buying Copilot or hiring a vendor?
Buying the licenses is the easy part. Most firms we talk to already have Copilot and use it for a few prompts a day, because nobody sat with the team and worked out which workflows it should take over. We start with the work itself: proposals, RFIs, coordination, compliance. We find where AI pays off and build the systems. We are vendor-neutral and recommend what fits your company.
-
What about data security? We work with sensitive client files.
We work within your existing Microsoft/SharePoint environment and never export sensitive project data. Every deployment includes your IT team for review. We operate under NDA from day one and can structure workflows so AI never touches client-confidential files directly.
-
How quickly will we see measurable results?
Most teams see concrete time savings within the first two weeks of deployment. The AI Roadmapping engagement takes four to six weeks. Full workflow integration typically shows ROI within 90 days. Among firms that optimize technology adoption, 77% report higher profit margins (Dodge Construction Network, 1,100+ respondents).
-
Our TI committee thinks we can handle this internally. Why bring in outside help?
You probably can. The question is how long it takes and what you miss along the way. Your TI team has full-time jobs already. We work with your committee as extra bandwidth on a specific problem, so the committee keeps its project work and the AI work still moves.
-
What if our team resists using AI?
57% of contractors cite reliability concerns about AI (Dodge/CMiC 2025). Skepticism is expected. We start with quick wins on work nobody enjoys (status reports, boilerplate, data entry). When your team sees 2 hours back in their week, the conversation changes from "why should I?" to "what else can it do?"
